Education
University degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience
Over 10 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily system administration and management activities, including configuration adjustments, deployments, and testing of operating systems, virtual machines, and related software.
b Resolve system and operational issues by identifying corrective measures or improvements in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Deploy releases and updates according to the Change Management process.
Participate in planning and implementation of system or network projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes, procedures, and risk mitigation practices.
Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and application development teams to ensure service availability and identify root causes of issues.
Automate administrative tasks and improve system monitoring to enhance efficiency and meet customer and departmental requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of service resilience designs and operational principles.
Maintain appropriate security levels across systems and daily operations.

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of Windows domain and system administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) management and implementation.
Good understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP.
Proficiency in VMware administration and PowerShell scripting.
Proficiency in SCCM – capable of creating packages and applications, with a clear understanding of collections and deployments. Prior patching experience in SCCM is a plus.
Flexible team player able to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in French or Dutch is an asset.
